Kenneth Frommer
Vice President/Senior Project Manager

Construction has been a part of Ken’s life since his childhood when he assisted his father in renovating their historic family home. After a number of years at a large commercial construction firm in Boston, he transitioned to the custom residential market and KKB. These days he loves spending time with his wife and three children, participating in their many activities. He enjoys teaching them the tricks of renovating their own old home and working in his home workshop. Ken enjoys an active lifestyle. You can find him in the gym any given morning, getting ready for his next Tough Mudder or Spartan Race. Keep your eyes open on the roads many early mornings as he is training to run in the Boston Marathon as he runs with the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge Team. He runs in memory of his father and others, raising money for this worthwhile cause.

Matthew Maher
Project Manager

After a number of successful years in commercial construction, Matt joined the KKB team in December 2014. He chose to return to his true passion, custom home building. Matt’s outstanding organizational skills and commitment to our clients is truly unprecedented. His family is a top priority in his life with his wife and four young children. It is not unusual to find him spending his evenings taking his daughters to the barn for horse riding lessons, watching them at swim class or attempting to help them with piano for an upcoming recital. Matt truly takes pride in ensuring our clients receive an experience that his own family would deserve.
