In all these pursuits and more he’s usually with his family-and he’s never without Minnie & Mooch.
Kenneth Frommer
Principal

Construction has been a part of Ken’s life since childhood, when he helped his father renovate their historic family home. After several years at a large commercial construction firm in Boston, he transitioned to the custom residential market with KKB. Nowadays, he loves spending time with his wife and three children, engaging in their various activities. Ken enjoys teaching them the ins and outs of renovating their own old home and working in his home workshop.

He leads an active lifestyle, running and training for the Boston Marathon and Disney Marathon weekend events. Additionally, he works closely with his family in the Christmas tree business that his father started over 30 years ago. No matter what he is doing, Ken enjoys the time spent with his family and trying new things together.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Matthew Maher
Project Manager

After several successful years in commercial construction, Matt joined the KKB team in December 2014.  He chose to return to his true passion, custom home building.  Matt’s outstanding organizational skills and commitment to our clients its truly unprecedented.  His family is top priority in his life with his wife and four young children.  It is not unusual to find him spending his evenings coaching one of his kids’ teams, taking them to swim class or their other activities.  He also enjoys nightly quiet walks around the cranberry bogs with his wife and their beloved dog Bruschi (Bullmastiff).  Matt truly takes pride in ensuring our clients receive an experience that his own family would deserve.
Julie Couture
Project Manager
Construction, in one form or another, has always been part of Julie’s life.  Her first teacher was her grandfather, a master carpenter.  From there she moved on to selling real estate with her Dad up in Maine and out in Idaho it was land development and a whole lot of fly fishing.  Finding her way back to New England, she considers herself privileged to be able to take part in creating beautiful homes.  If you ever want to find Julie away from work, you will likely need to track her down.  She’s probably with her husband or on her ATV up in New Hampshire somewhere.

HOME SERVICES DIVISION

Gary Longo
Home Services Director
Gary Longo is a seasoned operations and management professional with over 25 years of experience in public safety, followed by a successful transition into leadership roles across multiple industries—including residential construction, where he has been active since high school. His career is defined by a servant leadership philosophy, consistently placing the needs of his team and clients first to foster trust, collaboration, and high performance. Gary actively promotes teamwork at every level of the organization, believing that strong teams are the foundation of lasting success.

He has built and led successful teams and credits much of his success to the invaluable experience of working alongside and learning from some of the best firefighters, police officers, and EMTs in Massachusetts. One of the most influential lessons from his fire service career comes from Phoenix, AZ Fire Chief Alan V. Brunacini: “Take the process seriously—not yourself.” This mindset continues to guide Gary’s approach to leadership and problem-solving.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, caring for their pets, and working on home improvement projects—activities that reflect his values and love for family and craftsmanship.
